Dr. Ekin Pellegrini is the Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs and Founding Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at the College of Business Administration. Her research interests include mentoring and leadership, specifically in an international context.  Dr. Pellegrini’s research has been published in the Journal of International Business StudiesJournal of ManagementJournal of Vocational Behavior, and Group and Organization Management among other journals. She earned her M.S. in Management from the University of Florida, and her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Miami. She was previously a Human Resources manager at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Accenture. Dr. Pellegrini teaches Leadership, International Management, and Organizational Behavior at the Doctoral, MBA, and undergraduate levels, as well as at the doctoral level in I/O Psychology Ph.D. program and the DBA program. Dr. Pellegrini is the recipient of the Anheuser-Busch Excellence in Teaching Award in 2014 and the National Society of Leadership and Success Excellence in Teaching Award in 2015.
